Creating Your Wishlist
Step 1: Navigate to Wishlists
- You can access wishlists from:
- Your dashboard sidebar
- The group page
- Direct navigation to
/wishlists
Step 2: Add Items
Click Add Item and fill in:
- Required:
- Item Name - What do you want? (e.g., "Cozy Reading Socks")
- Description - More details about the item
- URL - Link to the product online
- Image - Visual reference for your Santa
- Price - Estimated cost (helps Santa stay in budget)
- Priority - Low, Medium, or High
Step 3: Set Priority
Use priority levels to guide your Santa:
- High (Red) - Items you really want
- Medium (Yellow) - Would be nice to have
- Low (Green) - Just ideas, no pressure
Step 4: Assign to a Group
- You can make wishlist items:
- Group-specific - Only visible to that group's members
- General - Visible across all your groups
Managing Your Wishlist
Editing Items
- Find the item on your wishlist
- Click the Edit button
- Update any fields
- Save your changes
Deleting Items
- Find the item on your wishlist
- Click the Delete button
- Confirm the deletion

Viewing Your Recipient's Wishlist
After the draw, you can view your recipient's wishlist:
Step 1: Go to Your Assignment
- Navigate to your group
- Go to the draw page
- View your assignment
Step 2: Access Their Wishlist
- From your assignment, click View Wishlist to see:
- All their wishlist items for this group
- Item details and priorities
- Product links (if provided)
- Price estimates
Step 3: Also Check Their Profile
- Your recipient's profile shows:
- Their bio
- Their interests
- General preferences
Purchase Tracking
Marking Items as Purchased
When you buy an item from your recipient's wishlist:
- Go to their wishlist
- Find the item you purchased
- Click Mark as Purchased

- Prevents duplicates - If multiple people can see the wishlist
- Private to you - Your recipient won't see it's marked
